JO KNOX (RODEO JOE) Jo Knox has had a dual career in beauty/barber and ranching and is a former rodeo athlete. He is a master stylist/barber with over 40 years shared with thousands of customers at his exclusive cowboy-cowgirl cutting shop located in Incline Village, Nevada. Jo is a master in human communications and talks to his horses and cattle in the same soft tone and believable language understood by horses and humans alike. |

WINSTON BROOKS PARSONS, SR. Winston Brooks Parsons has long, storied career in varied yet, related fields – from athlete to coach to network television executive, producer of sports and entertainment, all wrapped around successful executive stints in fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, entertainment, and sports television and a Marine Corps officer. Parsons has been at the helm of many successful ventures. |
E. ALAN TIRAS Alan has a diverse background in law and business, although he initially studied mechanical and electrical engineering. A native of rodeo country (Texas), he has spent the majority of his career in Nevada as a lawyer focused on business law matters and where he developed a passion working with start-up and nascent companies (like Rodeo Joe). Alan also has served in a management capacity for several companies, primarily in health care. He has served numerous community organizations including as President and Chairman of the Incline Village/Crystal Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Incline High School Boosters Club, the Incline Village Citizen’s Advisory Board and the Rotary Club of Tahoe-Incline. He is a former City Councilman in Seminole, Oklahoma and was honored as that town’s Citizen of the Year in 1985. |
